What is your online returns policy?
Items purchased online may be returned within 30 days of receipt and the original method of payment reverted. For all online returns, please email info@ggifoods.com. with your order number and the item you are returning. Our customer service team will send you a form to include with your shipment. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and we cannot make any exceptions. Return shipping to our warehouse in Indiana is at the customer's expense.
What is your in-store return policy?
Our retail locations are now accepting returns for items purchased by phone or in store. You have 30 days to return unused product purchased in store for a full refund. You can return a product for store credit as a gift card within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return of an item purchased at a store, please contact the store directly for assistance with the return process.
How do I initiate a return of an online purchase/order?
To initiate a return for an online purchase, please email info@ggifoods.com. Shipping costs for returning any items will be the customer's responsibility. If you are near a store, please bring in the item you wish to return within 30 days of the date you received it.
Can I get a refund for shipping?
While we will issue a full refund for your product, whether unused or lightly used, we cannot refund shipping costs.
Can I exchange items purchased online?
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for online purchases.
Can I return an item purchased online to the store?
yes! Be sure to bring your order number and the item you are returning so our team can take care of you. Please allow 24-48 hours for returns to process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed.
How do I return an in-store purchase?
Items purchased in store must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please have your purchase receipt ready, or, if you created an account with us, we can check the date of your purchase. For sealed and unused items, a full refund will be made to the original form of payment. Store points will be awarded for gently used items.
When can I get my refund?
Returns are processed as quickly as possible, but may take up to two weeks after receipt to complete your return You will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed.
